Super duper busy today in the ward... Admission one by one...
Transfer in case... Walao... Really makes my time fully occupied...
Today the case is so xxxxx
First time in my life....
He keep on vomit blood.. Is fresh fresh blood...Can u imaging the reddish color blood keep throwing out from mouth... He wet the whole bed with blood , I was shocked... Unfortunately I was too busy with my own patient... Not really know how they manage it... After all , being incubated and sedated.... Haiz... Another unfortunate life...
Transfusion in progress.. Just like one way in one way out... wasted????
Another ah po... Seizures ++++ kesian la.. Until so looks so tired.... Scary...
U know what... Beginning of the shift they were asking me to take off... Showing face to me cos I am not picking up the phone... Anyway I am not intention to do that... Cannot blame me k!!!
Then today I managed to settle 3 cases for them... Of course with help la.,,.
I am not useless ok... 2 admission and one transfer out case.. I felt a little bit proud of myself.. Hehe
Still got story to tell....
The first time listen to a dr SINGING to me via phone... I was angry actually..
Wakakaaka... I kept quite let him sing la.... Then finally he shut his mouth and listen to what is important... I know is my fault to call him up inform the result..... But can't u forgive..... Who u think u are.... How are u going to gain respect from others... Please behave la....

seems like i am not doing well in handling these three things!
which sometimes i almost want to give up..
relationship doesn't work when i need,
but it aspect me to give a hand when it needs,
i should says that is a must to sacrified into relationship..
it increase my burden from time to time...
and almost get drowning...
i thought after working it will be change..
but is different with the reality.
i need your patience, motivation and a warm hug from u...
but it never reach me..
work is the most horrible life..
i never thought that it will be so scarry..
i din happy at all in these field..
phobia to work..
everyday be prepared to received "shoot" from senior..
no mistakes allow..
but i am still new.. can't u just give me a chance..

I have been stop Update my blog for quite a long time. This is because I have no time to visit here.. People in the college or uni always say that they stress. Same as me. For me, as we still alive and survive in this world, stress will not disappear. Stress in Study, working, maintaining relationship.... Many many stresses... The important way to go through it is think positively.. Even though it is really hard for us to be positive, just take a try.. Believe in ourself!

本来我是想就这样让它过去，可是我的行动太愚蠢了！他们都认为我这样做太幼稚了。我是很想找个人来听听我的心声，好让我减轻我的纳闷！可是叻，找家人聊不就让他的印象扣分了。找上朋友，他们会不会嘲笑我，“嘿,这是你自找的！”我很害怕朋友们对我有这种看法。所以我选择保持沉默，但我还是会控制不住我的心情，结果就把发泄在他的身上。或许你们看到的就只是我的幼稚，可是你们根本没有了解我为何会那么做。要是我把事情的来龙去脉告诉你们，你们对他会有怎样的看法！因为你们的妹妹将会把终身幸福寄托给一个那样的人。我也很矛盾，我相信在这世界上会有因果报应，拿了人家的，终会要你还回。但会不会要牺牲你身边的人，还是你自己承担你所做的，是上天的决定，可是你有权力阻止这一切的发生，但你选择不！爱一个人就要接受他的全部，不管是好是坏！我觉得我爱他，但是我并不能接受他的贪念！我还爱算是爱他吗？我是否因该和我家人商量，要是他还是坚持他的做法，而我家人又反对，那我该怎么办？只想跟你们说，我需要的是你们的支持，而不是讽刺！感谢阿茂昨夜的陪伴，虽然只是聊闲话，但至少帮我转移了我的痛！每个人都会在舞会为什么我和你的感情会那么好，这就是因为你往往是把我骂醒的那个人！让我从另一个角度想！我们的友谊真棒！还有谢谢你的草莓HL牛奶，代替了我的午餐，晚餐还有宵夜！心事如果没有说出来，又有谁会知道呢

今天的我们本来是开开心心出门的，一开始在车上是有说有笑的，可是在接下去的路程并不是那么理想。
突然有个感觉，觉得累了，突然觉得自己的负担加重了。身为班长，对我来说果然是一个挑战，要把一个班搞好，让大家对我们六个好印象，真的不容易！同学不合作-最大的问题！这个班长因为英文讲得不好，没有说服力。唉,真是不容易！可是在他们需要你的时候就会纠缠不清！哇靠！受不了。回到家，还是一样，问题又出现了！请不走的神仙！大家的心情对他起了变化。又离家出走了！她. 带给了我们大大的问题！团团转的家里。今天的重点是，我得他又来了！他告诉我，我今晚要下去城市一趟，哦！我要跟我的朋友商量开店的事情。《马机》我最讨厌人家碰这些赌博的东西了，现在你还要跟我说你制造机会给人家去犯罪！我真地接受不了！他现在他踏在这条路我已经在迁就了，我现在真的觉得他在得寸进尺。我就在一旁照顾病人，积点公德，他就在一旁做这些骗人家的事！我的心真的很难受！难道就不能跟我商量吗，还是我还没有权利干涉他的事情！

2nd I will not get good performance for my practical, same as previous year..
3rd go and hv dinner with my roomate..candle night dinner... Haha
4th during worship, all the student sing birthday songs for me and prayed for me.... (very paiseh la... Buat bodoh in front) anyway thank you for the prayer
5th I got a necklace from my housemate yene and suet Chen...
6th I got my delivery baskin robin... As my cake, my lame lame junior put a candle on it and again she sing birthday song for me... Wat a special ways of celebration.... Wakaka...
7th hahaha.. Actually all my beloved friends were not forgetting me... Hehehe... I got a birthday cake! Is chocolate plus cheese cake... Emm... A little bit touch lo... Again another birthday song...
So today I got three birthday songs!!!!
Today it may be a precious day for me... But then for someone it may be a bad day... My Mak Pian uncle pass away today... He was my patient before... He is cute and is already very very old man with only spoke Cantonese... May he rest in peace....

these few days i was really sad and moody..
i found myself very useless...
i am not so good in handle my problems anymore,
i am not able to accept all the things that happened around me positively...
am i that worst now???

I felt bad towards the patient, another young MR.TAN again..
i was totally not confident toward myself to do any procedures,
again and again my hand was shaking in front of the patient
and the worst thing is he noticed my "parkinson's disease."
I just felt bad for the patient
how can he be so unlucky that get such a nurse to taking care over him.
The first day i did the STO at the nose- hand was super super shaking.... shake until I can't get the knot, until the teacher asked me to take a deep breath, until the patient says your hand shaking kah... SPEECHLESS

2nd day- Suture removal at the hand- hand still shaking... better... but i take long time to hold the suture and cut it... patient's eyes was widely open and look at us,
he must be thinking what am i doing, how can i take so much time to cut the suture...
the situation Is very KAN JIONG....
After that- near the end of the shift, patient said to us: you have to go and find other patient cut already, I have no more suture for you to cut ..
the word seems like so cruel... i know i did so bad towards him and give him a bad impression...
So sorry for frightened him throughout this week.

the scarry scene appears when i close my eyes.
i was so scarred throughout the night
the wednesday night
i was so lonelly. i was thiking of having those hallucination also..
i was thinking i am going to admitted to mh hospital soon..
my mind was fully occupied that night..
i think of Melloney, i think of ah choo, i think of salamiah.

yesterday i went to queensbay with rouyi, xinyi and ah tut..
Actually our purpose to be there is to watch movie..
is IP MAN again..
that was the secong time foe me...
After the movie, we went to buy a cake for mother's day celebration..
i brought a cake for my mum..
This was my first time to give my mum a cake to show appreciation for her..
Previously i never give any present for her...
and i get a carnation flower too.

i dunno how to described my mother's expression on that moment..
is kind of happy but still keep on nagging..
Why u buy for me, i dun eat cake, btw she is eating..

考试又要到咯,

再过两个星期就是COLLOGE FINAL

有点担心了。

有时候的我真的很矛盾，很自私，
常常在提醒自己要改掉这个坏习惯，
但是有觉得自己还是老样子，
或许有些人会觉得我很健谈，
但也会有人觉得我很烦！

最近的她好象不一样了，
其他的室友也这样跟我说，
观察了一阵子，我也这么觉得，
她一直在跟我们说谎，
老是用别的借口来掩饰自己在读书，
我不懂她在所什么心机，
总之就一直骗人说她凌晨起来是因为肚子疼，
事实上她在读书。

我们最近都在暗示她其实我们知道她在干嘛，
她好像内疚了，不好意思了，
一直帮我洗衣晒衣，帮我做这个，帮我做那个，
以前他不会这样子的，
我觉得好恐怖哦！
现在就好像是我欠了他一样。

当我回到家，看到桥上贴着一张纸，上面写着：涂府丧处，我真的有点不敢相信，
他人很好，很厉害赚钱给孩子们读书，
可是在他还没能见证孩子们的成就时，却离开了他的家人。
有人告诉我那是命运，真的是太可怕了，
命运让他抛弃了他的家人，家人不懂得要怎么反应了，
旁人却在那里觉得同情。
我想他的家人一定很难受，

我并不清楚我现在的态度，性格是怎样，我只知道我好像又做错事情了。两个星期的社会服务竟然会发生这样的事情。和八个同班同学一起出去，其中一个是我看了很不顺眼的同班同学，对我来说我们的关系就只是同班同学，对，同班同学，不是朋友。结果我就控制不了我的嘴巴，在车上一直顶撞她，我很坏吧！现在想回去真的觉得有点过分，要是是我被人顶撞的话，我也会很生气！但好像整辆车的人都会很不爽她！其实她的态度真的很差，老是要抢风头，不懂又要装懂，人家讲了她，纠正她，她总会反驳，坚持她是对的。更可恶的是她竟然抄袭我的功课！我的付出就这样被她夺走了，真是无言！可是现在我的心情很乱，突然间又被老师叫进辅导处，告诉我要懂得怎样坚持，分辨对错，要是自己是对的就要说出来，但要在适当的时间，适当的地点，我不是很明白老是要表达的是什么，是不是老师在暗示我不应该这样顶撞她呢？过了一下我就走回班上了。真的不懂要怎样处理，虽然朋友只告诉我专心读书啦，不用去管它，但是我就是烦到不能专注在温习功课！
怎么办，是我想太多了，还是我真的需要改正我的行为了！你们和我一起会觉得难相处吗？

一年就这样过去了，哈哈，
回想过去就好像是一场恶梦，
真的希望这一切就只是恶梦，
可惜这会是永远缠着我一生都脱离不了的恶梦，
唉，朋友们对一周年并没有什么感想，
有些就说很后悔来了这里，
如果有得在做选择，
她们也不会再选上这一行了。
我呢，只希望一年一年的时间快点过，
让我快点离开这里，
一来可以达到我的梦想，二来可以让我想过我自己的生活，
赚钱，出国
真是两全其美。

现在的我们就是老大咯！

Today i helped my friend-Joanne to bed bath a patient,
he is 28 years old and he met an accident 20+ days ago.
that was really a very very bad and serious accident,
this was my first time to assess this kind of patient with having fracture here and there,
almost every part having wound, Povidine solution, suture, staple mark, and also he has done ORIF, so he is having somethings which is made up of steel to hold the fracture bone,
the steel was fixed from inside the bone then pass the skin to the external part of the fracture area....
besides that, his right hand is not funtioning well now,
the nerve was broken, he not able to lift up his palm,
he was really sad on the day that the doctor told him about this, i was there too..
but nothing i can help..
i was blank in how to help this patient to clean up himself,
how to make him felt comfortable,
how to help him relief his pain..
my heart was really in pain...

he also done skin disloughing,
so now he need to have dressing daily.
Around 1 something, i ask permission from him,
"can i stay with u when u wan to do dressing, i hope that i can see how is your wound getting on..."
"sure"
then a group of us-student nurses was there when the dressing is carry on..
the wound is covered up with bandage, after removed the bandage, they pour Normal saline to the gauze which is covered on the wound...
at that moment, i felt the pain, his leg was kept on shivering because the was nothing support on the steel, it was very heavy for him..
then they slowly removed the soiled gauze, piece by piece they removed,
we saw the wound, i can't imaging it!
there was a open wound with about 20cm long and 3 inch wide, some more the wound is deep inside, we can see the bone, the fat tissue and also some blood clot there..
some flesh blood is drain out from there...
i can see the fracture bone through my eyes...
i nearly want to vomit...
next they pour hydrogen peroxide on the open wound to kill the microorganisms,
the solution became bubble when contact with the wound,
just like ENO.
to me that is PAIN PAIN..
nothing can describe other than STRUGGLE...
but he still very calm, he still will make fun and frighten the nurse who is performing dressing...
he is really a good patient, very coorperate with us, tolerated very well with the dressing...
i wish the he will recover as the day gone day by day, give him strength to the next day for survive,
hope that he will think positively to wahatever he will facing.
LET US BLESS HIM....

今天做工好像准备的功夫不够，
结果气到老师了，
看来她要给我气暴了，
唉，我就不能聪明一些吗？
就给我多一点的智慧，

今天做工真的好压力，
或许我很久没有被老师骂了吧，
所以今天有点不习惯，
希望就只是今天，

开学的第一个星期

一个星期就这样过去了，
但是过的不是很好哦！
昨天的我也太粗心大意了，
就好象把灵魂放在家里似的，
要给IV INJECTION, 不成功，
要打开AMPULE，结果被玻璃割伤了，
流血不止，现在还会痛呢。
要DILUTE药，整支针却掉了下来，
吓死我了。
希望老师会签多一个简单的PROCEDURE给我，
就只是GLOVING, 他竟然跟我说不用急还会有很多机会的，
WALAO....气死我了，但还算不错啦，签了两个给我，
下个星期就要达到80%不知道行吗，
对自己真没信心，没办法，还是得经历这一切。

最近看了一部戏，
它的故事是关于家人，

你们对家会有这种感觉吗？

生活在一个家庭里需要很坚固的亲情，
一家人感情不好，
不能互相礼让，互相体谅，
但还是要相处在同一个屋檐下，
那岂不是很辛苦？

是的，那的确很辛苦，
有时候为了一个外人而闹的不愉快，
那外人我已对她失去了尊敬，
所以这几天在家我熬得好辛苦，
在家里不敢有倾诉的对象，
怕会给自己带来麻烦，
所以心情都很差.

我不懂老爸是否看得见她所做的一切，
我忍受不了她对我的父母的无礼，
这是我亲眼看到的，
或许她以为有我哥为她罩着，
但这太慌妙了，
世上哪里能够允许让未来媳妇那么对待家翁。（预测）

之前她老是为了我说的话，做的事情而吃醋，吞不下气，
一直在找我哥麻烦似的，
看不过去，
只好去找知音（二姐）。
每当我忍不下去跑到我妈那里时，
老妈只会说：“她是外人，管她那么多干嘛。”
就只好用它来平复我的心情。

p/s：要是真的想和我哥在一起，就好好对待他的家人吧！只需要你的尊敬，还有，这世界上的懒女人是最丑的！！

一个未成年的女生随着他新交的男生到了那男生的家去。起先她只是来做客，来了几次，就开始在那男生家过夜。男生的母亲不是很喜欢这个女生，但母亲并没有反对，其他家人也一样。经过了一两年的相处，她的缺点一直在“泄漏”出来了，连一起和他相处的家人也受不了了。嚣张，孩子气，无中生有，目中无人，心胸狭窄，老是爱斤斤计较，成天只会花男生的钱，买东买西，看到长辈也只会摆张臭脸，到哪里就只会穿三寸长的短裤，不知道他是不是不懂得分辨场合，真是那他没办法。有一天，那女生突然要跑了，跑回真正属于她的家，他还找了一辆车和一位司机来帮忙，结果搬得整车满满的。男生的家人高兴得不得了，他们都以为男生终于解脱了，怎知个了两天，那女生又回到那男生的家，又开始搬她的东西回来。男生的家人看了很不高兴，这次回来态度更嚣张，家里也不打扫，只会制造更多的垃圾，开门关门大力的摔。这种女人怎么会这样。

考试终于 over 了。

我不知道考试的成绩会是怎样，
我也不敢去多想，因为我知道成绩不会理想，
我并不在乎，我想至少可以及格吧！
但现在我唯一知道的就是好好睡一觉，
痛快的玩，痛快的吃...
这就是先苦后甜。
今天我可是牺牲很大哦，
早上六点就起床温习功课咯！

Lastly the running assessment already gone...

I was so surprise that i can pass it with the result that out of my expectation..

It really makes me happy..

Finally my effort does works...

Before the day,

We was busy preparing for the RUN,

Care plan preparation: diagnosis, medication, nursing intervention, and bla bla bla...

Thanks God that my patient is not heavy,

Able to cooperate well with me...

And also thanks for my assessor..

Who is so good to us....

星期五的心情

朋友们，最近你们过得好吗?
刚下过雨的天气好阴凉，
都不觉得热。

今天是星期五，
又是大家最期待的一天，
因为大家都要回家去吃妈妈做的菜，
我也不列外哦。
可惜我感冒了三个星期还没复原....

最近我升级了，
在做工的时候头上加了一顶帽子，
感觉上很不习惯，
每次都要早点起床戴帽子，
要带得好看根本不是一件容易的事，
因为我老是被他们发现我的帽子戴歪了，
今天有个朋友跟我说，
诶，你的帽子歪到jelutong去了，
哈哈哈，原来我的帽子真的歪得很离谱。

有了它，责任就更加重大了，
做什么事情都要很小心，
不然......
要对自己所做的一切负起责任，
听了会觉得恐怖吗？
病人的生命就在我们的手中，
有时会因为要去做工而感到非常压力...
但有时候也会找到很多乐趣，
会有很大的满足感，成就感...

我会继续留在这里，
可能就是因为这先感觉吧！

其实阿公在上个星期就进院了，
他的女佣SUMI都一直在医院陪着他，
就像是他的女儿，
他无微不至的照顾阿公，
是你我都预想不到的，
他的那种关心，爱戴，尊重•••
全都是为了阿公，
他都尽量不会让阿公生气，
也因为这样，
阿公很信任他，很疼她。

可是他这两天的状况却不是很好，
之前我并没有真正照顾他，
只是在他有什么需要帮忙的时候，
走上前去帮他•••
没想到今天会是我最后一次帮他了，
好好为他打扮，
为他穿上他的衣服，
好让他好好上路。

今天是我第一次遇到这样的事情，
其实我之前有点怕阿公，
知道今天我才发现原来阿公一点都不可怕，
而且他还是孩子们心中的偶像•••
有那么多孝顺的孩子送他最后一程，

阿公，安息吧！

很快的，又到了初五，
再过几天又要回到“监狱”了
所谓的监狱就是读书的生活
真的很紧迫

这几天我过得还蛮充实的
整个乡村都很热闹
是超热闹那种
连晚上要睡觉都成了个问题
他们一般年轻人，中年人都很ENJOY
跳舞喝酒赌博
小孩子则放烟花鞭炮拿红包
妈妈们则忙着准备吃的来招待客人
好忙好忙但也没有埋怨
新年嘛一年一次

我很高兴今年能和家人高高兴兴聚在一起
聊天说笑
那种感觉真的是很特别
虽然我们聚在一起的时间不是常有
但它一点都不陌生
要好好的保留在我的回忆
不让它流失

在这里
我也要借此机会谢谢爸爸妈妈
准备了那么多的食物给我们
新鲜的鱼新鲜的虾
